Snetterton Race Report 8/9 May 2021 Rounds 3&4 JSCC

Snetterton weekend report Friday testing was really positive improvements every lap with Mark Wright in the passenger seat pushing me to the cars limit gave me confidence for the weekend to come. Saturday qualifying was called off due to torrential weather conditions so we had 3 sighting laps behind the safety car instead to qualify. Race one my start was quite good getting into the top ten after the 2nd corner then at the end of lap 1 I was In p7 I started to pick cars off one by one and also taking advantage of people pulling of into the pits with problems allowed me to finish in p5 and top rookie with the fastest sector 2 time of the race as well. Race 2 my start was horrendous compared to race one dropped me from 5th to 10th by the end of lap one, similarly to race one I kept my head down and followed my teammate @alfie.jeakins.754 to p6 by the end of the race. Coming into the weekend my aim was a top 10 and to come away with two top 6 finishes which leaves me p8 in the championship points and top rookie as well, I am over the moon I will try and keep this form up moving on to knockhill.
